SØLACE: ÐEEP is a guided 1:1 breathwork immersion for those ready to explore a deeper layer of themselves. We begin with a short check-in and intention setting, before moving into an extended breathwork journey. Through carefully guided patterns, you’ll be invited to explore sensation, expand your window of tolerance, and soften at the edge of discomfort. Following the breathwork, the body is supported through Zen Thai massage and grounding touch, before closing with sound to settle and integrate the experience. ÐEEP is not about intensity for the sake of it. It’s about learning how to stay, soften, and move through.
