ZEṈ is a fully clothed, movement based massage experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and return to a regulated state. We begin with a short check-in, followed by gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system. From there, the session moves into Zen Thai massage, using assisted movement, compression, and rhythm to ease physical tension and support the body in letting go. The experience closes with sound to help integrate and bring the system back to baseline. ZEṈ is not about pushing or fixing. It’s about creating space for the body to unwind, naturally.
