ASCṈÐ is not a retreat focused on transformation, optimisation, or performance. It is a carefully held journey that combines accessible trekking, gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, silence, and shared experience, allowing participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage with their inner and outer landscapes in a grounded way.
