About the Event
ASCṈÐ is not your typical retreat.
It’s an immersive journey through Nepal, weaving adventure, culture, movement, breathwork, sound and stillness into an experience designed to reconnect you with yourself and the world around you.
From the energy of Kathmandu to the stillness of the Himalayas, the lakes of Pokhara and the wild landscapes of Chitwan, ASCṈÐ moves beyond the walls of a traditional retreat. We travel. We trek. We explore. We breathe. We slow down. We experience Nepal as much as we experience ourselves.
Throughout the journey, SØLACE practices are woven naturally into the experience through breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound and moments of intentional reflection. Creating space to regulate, reconnect and come home to what matters.
